• Provide leadership to the Think Tank, aligning all efforts with the organization's overarching vision and mission.
• Oversee the development and execution of impactful research projects, collaborating closely with relevant stakeholders when necessary.
• Lead comprehensive policy analysis and spearhead advocacy initiatives, all within the broader context of CPEC and beyond.

Institution building

• Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive work environment that nurtures the professional growth and development of the team members.
• Efficiently manage the Think Tank's financial resources to ensure long-term sustainability and continued effectiveness.

Collaboration and Networking

• Represent the Think Tank at national and international forums, effectively communicating its insights and findings to a broader audience.
• Establish strong partnerships with national and international think tanks, policy institutes, and academic institutions, forging knowledge alliances to provide robust intellectual support to the CPEC initiative and beyond.

Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Steering Committee & Research Advisory Committee (RAC), contributing proactively to the organization's overall success and impact.
