Training and Development at PIDE – Executive Development Centre

Executive Development Center (EDC) at PIDE is a body designed to yield training services to public and private institutes across the country. It supports the economic development efforts by capacity-building of trainees from different businesses and industries across the country. Our training programs offer unique learning opportunities to new and existing sectors to remain productive and effective. Here in EDC, we aim to identify and rectify the gaps in sectors like economic, business and governance through a concrete knowledge of facts and figures alongside practicality.

Our Methodology:

Our trainers are well-equipped with techniques to shape trainees’ mindset for meeting latest trend in the propagating world of business and economics. After an identification of a need for training in a certain area, the modules are designed. The modules incorporate all the relevant theoretical concepts alongside a provision of concrete experience to the participants.

What EDC offers?

i) Customized Training Program: Executive Development Center (EDC) welcomes all the institutes across the country for a collaborative effort in identifying areas where particular trainings are required. Following a detailed review, the center offers a customized training program to a specific institute. Executive Development Center (EDC) also offers a post-training impact assessment of the trainees. Not to mention, a facility of psychometric assessment is also available to analyze employees critically.

ii) Open Enrollment Program: Professionals from across the country are eligible to register for a specific training program. The section deals with offering portfolio of various training modules looking at the contemporary needs of the industry and job market.

iii) Certificate/Diploma: PIDE, through Executive Development Center, offers certificate and diplomas based on professional needs.
